I'm looking for a remote access tool that has reliable file transfer and chat features. I occasionally help a relative troubleshoot their computer and I think it would be a lot more convenient to connect remotely when needed. I also need to be able to send files and use a built-in chat to explain things more clearly.
Can anyone recommend an app that would be a good fit for this?
