That means you don't have enough space to store the app..

Go to Settings > Storage. Here you can see how full the SD card is.

You can download an app like ES Task Manager to delete app caches and logs to free up some space, but it won't be very much. Your best bet is to just uninstall a couple apps you don't use very often.
