Looking for Software

[Voltaic Shock]

I used to use a software that would allow you to place text on your desktop. It was very lightweight and you could customize how it looked.

I tried looking for it and I cannot seem to find the software. I am drawing a blank on the name.

Was hoping someone here might know of it.

I remembered this morning. It is called CoolMon. It is no longer being developed and doesn't work with Windows 8.1 from what I have seen.
