Looking for solution to problem with my samsung galaxy s5

I am in Ghana. I have samsung galaxy s5 but can't browse the internet even though my network provider has sent me internet setting which I have installed. Any help?

There shouldn't be a setting needed. It is dependent on service. So you will have to have access to either data through your carrier/service provider, or access the internet through a WiFi connection. If you are supposed to have data, but it isn't working, then the carrier/service provider is the only one that can fix that.
