Looking for the best HD camcorder under $200

Hi, I never had any camcorder before. I do own a Nikon SLR and I use it, but I would like to record some 1080p videos. It doesn't have to be 1080p with 60 fps and 10/10 quality. I've got a $150-200 to spend and I thought I will buy myself one. I found a Toshiba Camileo S30 - saw many youtube 1080p videos and quality is okay - it's 8mpix (I don't know why S40 has got only 5mpix). Can you recommend me some of the best full hd, very-low budget camcorders under $200?
