Looking for wifi card

I have a nextbook ares 11 cracked screen but still worked well now it wont connect to wifi says im connected but not was told i need a wifi card help

Were you able to connect to WiFi on it before? If yes, then you should not need a card, unless something in the device has broken or died. If you dropped it, which cracked the screen, it is possible other things were damaged.

The specs on that device (see here https/www.cnet.com/products/nextbook-ares-11/specs/) show it should have WiFi as well as Bluetooth.

Please clarify your question a bit.
