Looking ringer solution Techno S3

My tecno S3 Can't ring out, I've factory respect it yet not working, please what do I do?

You say it won't ring, but does it make other sounds? Like when you text or play music, etc.? If the other sounds work, then it may not be the phone but the carrier/service provider that is having an issue.

If, however, it does not make sounds no matter what you are trying to play/listen to, then it is probably hardware. Which you would have to have repaired.
