Looking to buy brand new home theatre system

Over the years I've decided to buy an audio system, I'm going to be dropping 10k on a system that will blast really good for music and play movies very well. Looking for links and ideas for what to get.

There are so many variables in putting together an audio system at that level. We don't know what brands you have available to you or what the room is like. It's not like buying a home theater in a box package. You want to pick your speakers and then fine tune the sound with the right electronics and cables.
I suggest finding a high end audio shop. You will need to use your own taste to determine what sounds good to you, They can suggest what will work in your room and install it.
