Looking to Convert Coax to HDMI

Is there a converter that both splits and converts my Coax antenna signal to provide video to my TV and an audio feed to my HDMI Input on my Sony Sound Bar?

To use an over the air antenna you need a ATSC tuner (not a converter). These will have the outputs you need. Some have PVR functions.
