I didnt use my tablet for a long long time now i need to charge it but it wont charge how come

It could be many things. Dead battery, bad charging cord, hardware issues, etc. I would start with trying a different cord, as that is the easiest option to try. If that doesn't do it, then the battery would need replacing.
