If I block people can they still see my new posts , or can I make it private have people that fuss at everything I post

They can still see some of your content if you block them. You can make your posts private though, or restrict it so that it only shows to certain people. Facebook has a support article on how to do that: https/www.facebook.com/help/120939471321735
