Nope. Not unless the USB 2.0 ports are replaced by USB 3.0 ports. Then you need drivers. The USB controller circuitry must also be replaced as well.

No, your USB controller is the ICH9-M, it will give you twelve USB2 ports, it's not compatible with USB3.
So, Jaquarskx is right about it.
