unless you preloaded anti theft and tracking software your phone is gone. call the police.

for the number as the your other thread, u can retrieve it....

for the phone, it's kinda hard u will need tracking software already installed there...

anyways u will need to contact the local authority (police). They are the one that had the power (and legitimate) for retrieve your phone from whoever hold it now.....
