lost my files need help

without unhidding files i just changed my cell phone and put SD card into new cell phone now files are hidden yet so tell me how to get back files from SD card in my new cell phone plz help me

Depends on how you hid them, reverse the procedure. If it does not work in the new phone, put the card back in the old phone and unhide them there.

Need full details about what you did to the files.
