You can't now.
You or the manufacturer would have had to install specialized software. If you have the serial number, register it as stolen with you local Police department. It might turn up at a pawn shop or a future location they raid.

It really sucks if you have important or "sensitive" data on it. Unless you had the HDD encrypted, if not... well consider running it on your replacement laptop. Just memorize a random(garbage) password ~16+(or so) digits long. Then even a powerful brute-force attack will end in failure.
