Lost personal folders Win 10

Using PC, Office 365 .. all personal Outlook 16 folders, i.e., inbox, sent, etc., plus long list of personal folders missing. Can be located under View/Copy Folder tab in Outlook.

Thanks ... kept searching and searching and finally (using Win 10 Outlook 16) in the View tab under "Folder Pane" reset menu items to "Normal" and voila!! the personal folders column with all folders and e-mails intact.
