can i get the last location of the network
can i get the new number of simcard being used in that phone now

The first thing to do is contact the Service Provider you have an account with, before the finder/thief runs up a huge bill for calls and data usage. That bill is coming your way. They might be able to tell you where it is but it's unlikely.
