Question Lotus 123 Smarticon Bar move

A simple question. My Smarticon Bar accidentally moved to the left margin of the spreadsheet. How do I put it back to the top? The help in Lotus 123 does not help. Thank you!

Can you grab it (hold down left mouse) and drag back to top?
