Low Clock Core-i5 or High Clock Core-i3?

I'm planning to buy a small and light laptop, which should I buy?

Option 1: Samsung NP350U2A (12.5"), with Core-i5 2467M (1.6GHz up to 2.30GHz) + 4GB RAM + Intel HD3000

or should I buy a 13.3" with high clock Core-i3 + 4GB RAM?
