Luxor screen stuck

My luxor smart tv is stuck on wireless display screen and i cant get back to the main menu ive tried switching it off and leaving it but when i switch back on it just returns to the same screen

Try to unplug the power cable for 15 minutes or more. Then try to plug it back in and turn on the TV, that should do a power reset.
