That laptop shipped with Windows 10 Home.

You can download the tool/ISO here to create a bootable USB:
https/www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10

When installing, just select "I don't have a product key" and it'll reactive when you're back online (assuming you reinstall the correct version of the OS - ie Home, not Pro etc).
