Solved! Macbook Air - Only Powers on when Lid Closes?

Have a Macbook Air that wont turn on. However, once fully charged, when you close the lid, when the lid gets about 2-3cm from fully closed, the Mac Boot "Bong" sounds. Anyone ever encounter this? Any advice on how to handle it?

I have tried to Boot the system with the PRAM Reset, SMC Reset, Safe Boot, none work. Will not power on.
