Is there a way to make the part of a Web browser about the page you are viewing larger? When I switch to my tv I can't read it. I don't mind using a different browser for this purpose.

Are you talking about the address bar? Decrease the resolution you are using, that will make everything bigger. There are also usability features like a magnifier you can move over parts of the screen to make it larger.
