Malware in web-site?

Hi everyone, thanks in advance for any advice. I'm having ongoing problems with my small home-business web-site. People keep reporting to me that when trying to access my site they are getting messages such as "Infected Site-do not proceed". I'm extremely inexperienced with these matters, and when trying to check out my site myself, I can't find any problems. Any advice anyone? Thanks again in advance.

maybe your codding\programing is wrong, causing thier anti virus proggram think you have malaware

Go over the site code with a fine-toothed comb, but take a break first. If you keep trying to look over it for hours on end, you'll probably miss something that would otherwise be obvious.

As makaveli said, it's likely something in the site's code that is triggering a false positive.
