malwarebytes restore point?

Does malwarebytes create a restore point? I ran a scan and it's showing 1720 threats. I'd like to remove them all, but don't want to potentially corrupt files or anything

Take a restore checkpoint yourself.

control panel/system/system protection/
If system restore is enabled, use create to make one.
If system restore is not activated, this is exactly why you want it. Use the configure option to set the max amount of space to use.

MBAM can be optionally permitted to quarantine threats discovered during scans. Those quarantined threats may be restored to their original locations if need be. However, if MBAM is made to delete threat discoveries, those threats deleted may only be restored via system backups or System Restore Points (SRP).
