I've visited Wikipedia a gazillion times, and never stumbled upon porn!
Unless you are looking for it, you won't 'stumble' upon it! What a ridiculous guy, he wants to close down a site that proves benefit to millions of people?

He should pay Wikipedia for making use of it, not the other way around!

You know tommy that's the great thing about America, is people have the freedom to sue who ever they wish. Wither you agree with it or not.

Now it's on the court system to dimiss it. Which is why we pay taxes. I don't want to hear this guy is wasting tax money either. As all of these idiots combined don't waste near what are goverment does on stupid shit.

The problem is not so much that this is a prime example of wasted DNA, but that we have a 'legal' system where you can even file a lawsuit like this without being thrown in jail.
He certainly has a point as far as craigslist is concerned and if he was going to domante ALL the money I may cut him some slack, but he -and his lawyers not to beforgotten- are clearly out for a juicy out of court settlement.

Actually, he's filing pro se and expects the state to appoint him a lawyer for this. He also lives in a camper, on a trailer park, with a Social Security disability check as his only income to suppliment his massive $130 in savings. You should read the papers in the link, they're really sad.

Wikipedia is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing information to the masses. Craigslist makes almost no money and is one of the most altruistic companies out there.

Suing almost the only sites out there that exist for the benefit of everyone = fail.

I have seen pictures of "private parts" too but those are not pornographic and are there only for educational reasons.
Look up the definition of "pornographic" on Google and you will find that a picture,or text, is pornographic ONLY if it is posted, published with the sole intent to cause sexual or emotional excitement.
