If you mean unlocking in the sense that the menu map won't be "fogged"
blue, no time at all. Jack a plane and go for a fly )

On my very first game I managed to un-blue the entire map out of sheer
curiosity before the Hydra's got me.

It is possible to find out exactly by reading walkthroughs, but then
you would know what missions were coming up... anyway, if you want to
look at walktrhoughs check out

but to cut it short it looks like you have

. House Party (last Loc)
. Burning Desire (first tenpenny)

. Gray Imports (tenpenny)
. Doberman (mission)



. Los Sepulcros (mission)
. Reuniting The Families (mission)
. Green Sabre (mission)

I've cut out the bits between about dating denise, gang wars etc as
they're not story missions, but I think they are needed if you want
100%
