I have a serious problem with massive frame drop on my computer. I have a computer that is more than capable of playing the games I play with a high frame rate. For example, a game that I have noticed this in is Borderlands 2. Before this problem developed, I ran it on all ultra at a steady 80 fps, but since this problem I can only run it on 30 fps. This is becoming extremely frustrating and I would love advice as soon as possible.
PC Specs: MSI GE70 Apache Pro-012
GPU: GeForce GTX 860M
CPU: Intel Core i7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.4GHz
Memory: 12.00GB RAM (11.92 GB usable)
Driver Version: 347.25
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1

Solution
I guess the problem is these new 347.25 drivers, what version of drivers were you using before?. I had frame rate drop problems when i installed 347.25, previously i was playing Dragon Age Inquisition and Elite: Dangerous with 347.09 drivers and i had solid 60 FPS and almost no stuttering, but when i updated my drivers to 347.25, the frame rate would drop from 60 to 50 FPS, so i did a clean install of 347.09 and haven't played much after that but i noticed the frame rate is solid again.

Try doing a clean install of the previous drivers.
