Massive screen tearing on high spec pc

I've just built my new pc it has gtx 1080ti and a ryzen 1600 in it there is massive screen tearing on all games I have a 4k g-sync monitor I have tried everything and don't know what to do all temps are good

Details don't affect it the monitor is the acer xb280hk 28"
Games are witch 3 three bf1 and firewatch to name a few but there are more resolution also does not change anything

Whats your fps like? You could try capping your frames/or v-sync. (I refuse these methods but they work...)

50-70 v-sync doesn't seem to do much

Yea, that's odd, have you tried playing at any other resolutions?
