Are you close to a dealer? If not then unplug the unit / take the top off and check the switch to see if it works in a physical sense. If it is not physically broken then it could be the protection circuit. Leave the unit un-connected from the wall. After about 10 minutes plug it back in. IF at this point it still does not work my advice is to get it to a professional repair shop one that is authorized to repair this unit. I find a lot of these with broken switches. It is worth the shot and leveling it disconnected from the wall gives it time to discharge if the switch is not broken.
