Hello,
mcintosh mc2105 both channels good on headset but have distortion on right speaker I also tried different speakers

Awesome amp!
If your headphone output is clean, you know the active components of the amplifier are good. Thereafter, noise at the speaker terminals could be due to a dirty switching contact in the headphone jack or a dirty contact in the speaker on-off switch.
There is a possibility that this model uses separate amplifier circuits for the headphone and speakers. If so, the final amp for the right channel could be noisy.
