Hello forum, I have a problem with a mechanical keyboard, it is Redragon Visnu and for 2-3 months I used it afterwards I had little problems with it, when I have the lights on it refuses to write, and when I close them from the FN key the keyboard goes great, I was with it at the warranty and I tried on different computers or drivers. Do you have any idea what the problem is? Do I need a USB HUB with an electrical adapter? I want you to recommend one if needed. Thank you

Yes I am inclined to agree that I don’t think this problem is that you need a powered hub. Only need one because I ran out of ports. I think something is wrong with your USB port and it’s either a hardware issue or some software configuration issue

Yes, I have one more year to her, but I took it a few months ago and I said that it is not defective and sent it back, a friend who works in IT told me to take a USB HUB with electrical adapter.

Where did you buy the keyboard? Redragon's are common on Amazon and, if that's where you picked it up, you might even be able to exchange it with them directly opposed to RMA'ing the keyboard with Redragon.

Agreed with Peter Martin, it sounds like a defective keyboard & you should look to replace.

Sorry, misunderstood. If it works on other systems perfectly, then the problem sits with your system.

Without knowing what your system is, it's really tough to help diagnose - but given what you've described, may be a software/driver issue opposed to hardware.

I need what Peter Martin said, I'm going to search the internet and I'm going to buy it, that's why I need it, because it's not a friend who works in the IT field told me to take a powered hub, thank you!
***By the way, X, did you have the same problem? Or why did you get a powered hub?

And I think I need a USB with power because when the keyboard lights are on I do not answer my commands and I think it needs something to give it power, I have a pretty good computer source, probably motherboard, I hope it will go with a USB hub with power.

When I use it and I write with those open lights I'm stuck and the last point that writes it writes 10 times and then stops, do you have an idea about it?
