Memory card won't load when inserted

When I insert my memory card in to my computer that has my basketball team it will not show up. When I put in my wife's computer it does. What could be the problem & how can I fix it.

Plug it in, go to devices and printers and see if its listed under Unknown.

If so right click and troubleshoot it.

Or troubleshoot it if you see it.
