Help. How to get more storage
And memory on Alcatel one touch. Do I needs a sims card or SD card?

Solution
Well, it depends on that actual phone. There are a lot of one touch models. :) It also depends on what you are wanting to do with the more storage.

To start, a SIM gets you service, an SD card gets you storage. That storage, however, is only good for things other than apps. It won't work for apps unless you 1. are running (or can upgrade to) Android "Marshmallow and 2. your phones manufacturer hasn't restricted the option.

If you just want the space for photos, music, videos, etc., then you just need a good SD card that works with your device and is the right size (physically and storage capacity). Phones do have limits on the storage capacity of a SD card, so you would need to check the specs for that device. And if you are running...

And if you are running "Marshmallow" or can upgrade to it, here is how to try and change the card so it can run apps.

How to turn external SD card into internal storage on "Marshmallow".

NOTE: Please be sure you start with a blank SD card. It needs to be blank because when the card is converted to "Internal" storage, it will be formatted (wiped) and encoded (making the cards data only readable by that device).

1. Go to device “Settings”, then select “Storage”.
2. Select your "SD Card", then tap the “three-dot menu“ (top-right), now select “Settings” from in there.
3. Now select “Format as internal”, and then “Erase & Format”.
4. Your SD Card will now be formatted as internal storage.
5. Reboot your phone.

NOTE: If you don't reboot the phone, many things may not work correctly, so make sure you do.
