Message: large file found tap to clear

Hi I am receiving messages on my tablet saying exactly what I have written in my title « Large files found tap to clear» I suppose it is a good thing to do, or maybe not . And if it is better to clear those files, I would like someone explaining me how to do it, step by step because I don't know mucho about electronics . Thank you .
