Message preview lockscreen

I want to send a text to someone with an iphone without them being able to see the full message on their lockscreen?

Is there anyway that I can send a text message to someone with an iPhone without them having a complete preview of the message- even if they have their lock screen notifications on to see everything?

Will putting a lot of space at the top of the message stop that or?

Depends on how much of the message the preview shows, you need to check on that and then just put in junk characters in the beginning.
