I got the Sennheiser game one and I plugged it and the headphones were working properly but the mic was not picking up sounds...I've connected it to a female jack (for microphones) and it connects properly and it appears in the Realtek audio manager and the devices but it still does not pick up sounds. (It is below the mute area of the headset).
I've tried the audio settings on skype and when I click on my mic as the "microphone" the green bar rises a few lines and un-rise fast.
