Mic picking up vague sound from headset

Hey there

I just got hands on some Astro A40, and they're great but when I'm playing games and skyping with friends, they can vaguely hear whats going on in my headset. Could it be the mic simply picking up sounds from the earcups or some softwarebased issue? I would very much appreciate suggestions!

Hello,

Its normal if you put too much power on your mic .
Try to disable the microphone boost by dragging it to 0.0dB (from sound mixer).

p.s. you can also check ON - noise suppression
