Solved! Mic static in USB Mic, NEED HELP

Occasionally in my USB mic, (TKGOU M799B), there is a loud static noise while I'm talking. It only happens every few minutes but it's very noticeable. This appeared in my headset mic as well, but I believe I was able to fix it. I tried pretty much everything on youtube I could find, I updated my drivers, I installed voicemeeter, and nothing seemed to work. How do I fix this issue once and for all? Is it a problem with my pc?

does the plug feel loose in the port? Is this a laptop or desktop? if desktop, open the case and make sure it is dust free. If laptop, blow out the port. Finally, take a pencil eraser and clean the plug
