Mic with no background noise

I own this headset that picks up everything my computer, mouse, keyboard, and even my dog that is outside. I'm thinking of buying a blue snowball ice but I hear that can pick up a lot too. Any mics that can pick up little to no background noise? My budget is around 100$

Not going to happen, all good mics pick up "noise" because what you have isn't "noise" in the general sense, it's sound pollution. That said, you can reduce the effects of sound pollution by increasing the ratio of power from your own voice to the power of external noises by bringing the mic closer to your mouth and using a unidirectional mic (that is more sensitive in one direction than others).
