I can't buy silvered mica capacitors in south africa. they cost more
than output transistors. What can I use as substitutes for it? I need
390pF, 180pF, 47pF, 10pF caps.

I need to use it in the leach amplifier.

Really small value caps in polystyrene or other films
aren't easy to come by, but the above source may be able
to help you.

There are certain ceramic types that may be suitable,
but I can't recall the name offhand. Use the best quality
parts you can find for the feedback circuit components.

Use high precision low "K" ceramic capacitors. COGO is the correct
indentifier. Use the highest voltage rating available too. Avoid the
plastic (polyester, etc. ) capacitors.
