Hello fellow members of the community!
I've recently bough a pair of HyperX Cloud IIs and whilst the sound quality is really good for the price, I've been having problems with the microphone. Though it is recognized and enabled on the "Sound Properties" it does not pick up any sound whatsoever.
This headset is new and I've already tried it on 2 different systems, both running Windows 8 and 10 respectively. I'm not too sure if the problem is the mic itself, the computer or even software. I'm at a loss and not too sure what to do: Contact the store, troubleshoot it...
Any help/input on this matter is very appreciated, even if it's just a "Yeah, it's probably your mic" or any more possible ways to test it!
