Question Microphone picking up desktop audio

Im using Razer Nari wireless headphones, with a usb port, and everything gets picked up by the mic. And yes i have checked all those stereo mix and listen to device boxes, its not that. Whats even funnyer, my friend uses the exact same headphones and his work fine. Can someone explain?

I figured out a solution for Realtek Audio.

1. Open up RealtekHD Audio Manager (the orange sound icon)
2. On playback, right click the speaker or headset you are using and click on properties
3. Look for "Spatial Sound" there should be "Spatial sound format"
4. From "Off" change to "Windows Sonic for Headphones"
