[citation][nom]contentsmayvary[/nom]"Passerby" is pretty obviously an actor...[/citation]
Absolutely. They would never have got away with it otherwise- way too dangerous!

Definitely actors. I would have tried to run away from falling wall. Who just stands there thinking the probability of being squished is 0?

[citation][nom]Cats_Paw[/nom]Yeah.. cus definitly using win8 is the same expirience as that...[/citation]

The same experience as pushing a button and the wall falling down LOL. JK - I'm sure its just as good as previous Win.

Agree that no normal person would stand there. Clearly actors.

'one of the key innovations of Windows 8.'
... that does what active desktop was doing in1998 and MS actively worked for kill it in 2005
... that does what gadgets was doing in 2005, and MS actively worked for kill it in 2012
definitely a key innovation AND a platform on which build the future of your software career, unlike the old boring Win32 that does boring things like to allow well written software to run reliably on systems released 20 years after they were compiled.

... my live tiles have never caused any of the walls in my house to fall down.

Should I sue for false advertising? Or should I wait for something to break in my home and then sue for having 'overly active live tiles' breaking my stuff?

[citation][nom]frank_drebin[/nom]and the point of this is...?[/citation]
I believe it's called advertising. It's part of the 1.5 billion dollars Microsoft plans on spending to promote Windows 8.

of course it's fake...what advertisement isn't fake?

they wouldn't dare do that in real life...MS could get sue big time if someone gets hurt.

Marketers can use advertising to promote their products, or they can use promotional stunts to promote them... either way, most of the time, it's all bull$hit.

Trying to pass off an advertisement as a promotional stunt (which this is) is basically trying to hide bull$hit inside of bull$hit. It's the worst kind of marketing IMO.
