Microsoft product key

Hello,
my microsoft trial period expired but i never put in the product key. i've been trying to do it even though the trial is over but it keeps saying its the wrong key. what do i do now???

The trial software is on the clock when you install it. Once the trial expires, you can no longer use it.

Aford means the full edition will have a different key.

Well he/she said they tried to enter the product key, which could mean they have a full copy. But if they don't well that's the first thing to fix
