Personally, I think a lot of racial slurs stem from self esteem and insecurity issues. Call white people ANY name you can think of, and see how many shits they give.

As true as this is, it still offends therefore dont use it. Pick something that offends you, anything really, then imagine it being done / said to you. There, same issue, you dont like it and want them gone or you leave. Microsoft would prefer if you stayed and they left. As a matter of opinion, why don't you just start using the "pine cone" instead. That would relieve a lot of what this is about.

[citation][nom]septagent[/nom]I just mute everyone. then i don't have to listen to the twelve year olds and still do fine.[/citation]
Exactly what I was thinking. Why engage them at all? If I logon to Xbox Live and a few people start getting out of control, just mute them and when that round is over leave the game if you want, it's not hard, and find a new one. There are also a lot of good conversations and friendly gaming if you ignore the idiots. I rarely even have to leave the game. The mute button is magically easy to use 😉

But to say words and comments dont find there places, rather even used often or is hard said or telling.

But here is like the ultimate place of say "Flip" of interest at times.

Games , Video games, are suppose to be just representative means of content, not to be actually content alot of times. Sometimes they are based off "actual" content sometimes if not many, but still make it that way, think the idea is not.

So, why so much effort, in it all, at times though? Why still emphasies (can't spell) on the ideas though??, Would it make any sense if not to some point? At times of course this is almost a lost question though, for somethings, right? Detail costs too, but not at times.

Cost can be said more of just processing. But still covers more content. Yes? Detail mainly on arguement of graphics. Kinda a worse thought person at times.

Still, though many things can take away from the parts of say interst for the say actually interest, and if things weren't "shared' probably wouldn't alot of times, but still would man. Cause not quite the idea if the idea at all.

Getting upset and probably mad to say, is normal, maybe not at much at times, but say "going-off" may not be as normal, but still something that can be more normal then not as being say maybe upset and mad. But all is hard telling or saying, yes?

Usually of the idea, when say in questions of things, at least can tell whats wrong, right? Or something wrong. But when used wrong, what is left to tell? I don't know, what i get hit up for. I don't care for it to say either, but ya know. To say that or think that im probably the only one is just a useful in the hought of mosts its points, yes? Which on my end wouldn't just be about me.

Confusing and complicated but yet so simple. But not always though. So dropping usually makes many parts not so complicated to say, but is it worth to get rid for not dropping or dropping. Usually better parts of thoughts are placed, but probably in lack, yes? If not least then of use of anything, might be more useful for the fact of it, cause normal, "normal" use is there. Right? I don't know, mean there is that of course, but usually the difference until "mention" or "done" otherwise, right ?

I actually don't even play Xbox Live, but the concept is the same: If you don't want to hear what someone has to say, mute them. What's the big deal? There's obviously a reason for it. Also, if you're playing rated M games, you agreed when you bought the game that it contains mature content, and even that online content can't be controlled. If you can't handle mature speech, you oughtn't be playing in the first place. This "team" is wasting their time as far as "verbally abusive" people go. They should spend more time catching modders. And, what if they make a false positive? I.e., someone is just really good? Anyone who's watched a montage knows what these players are capable of. Someone who makes 5 headshots in a row might not actually be hacking. But what if one one of these guys thinks so? Just one?

There should be a system for CRC-checking peoples' Xboxes and games. I don't understand why there isn't one; it would literally stop modding forever. And these guys wouldn't even need to work.

Xbox Live sounds like the most delinquent gaming community in the industry. Never had a problem with swearing/racial slurs/etc. on PSN or my PC. Maybe that's because they're not "badass" enough lol.

So, these guys are not interested tramping in free speech; they are just here to trample free speech. Oh, wait, no...

Look, you either respect the First Amendment, or you don't. You do not get to go all "a la carte" in how you "respect" it. I see the same problems when fighting with people to respect United States Citizens' Second Amendment right.

In the end, this game network is private property. There are no contract negotiations; you either agree to the ToS/ToU, or you don't. There are no other options, save for going to the PSN...no, wait, there are no other options. Still, I respect that Microsoft doesn't want certain behavior, just like it will respect me not supporting them while they talk out of both sides of its mouth.

I would like to see a company that fully respect the constitutional rights of the citizens it serves. Being a jerk is not a criminal offense, and neither is using "obscene" words. You may dislike them, but people have the right to use them. It is not until those words rise to the level of "fighting words"(i.e. I am going to kill you(true threat, not playing around), I am going to kick your ***(again, a serious threat), etc, are examples of "fighting words") that said words could possibly lead to criminal charges. Even then, it is a very narrow exception.

This site has a TOU ... being a jerk here means we ban you ... it is a private site ... the owners have the right to refuse access to anyone they chose ... like any private site.

Microsoft like us here can refuse anyone access ... there are no "rights" as such.

"Personally, I think a lot of racial slurs stem from self esteem and insecurity issues."

So by your logic a Jew has low self esteem if they get offended when someone use a racial slur that trivializes the holocaust? Right.

"Call white people ANY name you can think of, and see how many shits they give."

This is mostly true, but its hard to care about a word when you've never been a victim of racism.

I think these guys are pussies they can't even warn somebody and they don't have to talk to customers I would rip these fags a new one
