it does looks ugly.
microsoft is trying do a mystery-showing their new product like apple does it. i'll give it from 1-10, a 0.

microsoft need to stop it with their fugly curves, they are trying too hard to outdo apple. i'm a designer myself and as much as i hate apple, their product design seems to please a large fan base, but those new microsoft devices they've been pumping out lately are just straight-up ugly.

Doubt it's a phone, since it would be competing against it's partners' devices being launched, so the HTC and Mototrola of the business might not take too kindly. My guess is a tablet device that they have been hinting at for a while now...

- It's slightly too thick to be a smartphone, but it sure looks like one. Maybe they want to go the Google way and make a high end phone for their own mobile OS?

- A mouse sounds a bit odd, after all MS has largely sticked to rather conventional shapes for its mice (even the Sidewinder and Arc Mouse aren't as special as they look on first sight). That's a good thing, mind you, because the mouse is great in its current incarnation. This thing looks too much like Apple's Magic Mouse, in other words a piece of junk. Please don't let it be a mouse.

- A new portable media players like the Zune or iPod. However, that would be a bit odd in an era where smartphones are increasingly replacing them.

A hand held, the xbox 180. That would be crazy but very unlikely since I havent heard a peep about it or plans for one. Screw it im going all in on handheld because if it is I will get the highest payout since it has the worst odds.

Well, there isn't a portable microsoft gaming console out...so its possible
