i just want to know if i should DL all the C++ files . from 2005-2012 ?

coz my pc only has 2005 and 2010 please help

Can you be a little bit more specific what you're trying to do?
- you have downloaded someone' else application, and it required MS VC Redist?
- or you are developing an application you want to package for download?
- or something else?

What do you mean as having "only 2005 and 2010"?

You shouldn't need to download these manually. Programs that rely on the redistributables will often install them as part of the installation process.
