Microsoft Word/Photoshop

No idea where to begin looking so I figured I'd just ask. At my work (we clean air cons in industrial buildings) so we take before and after shots of our work. Once the job is complete we do reports, this is where Word and Photoshop come in. What I'm wondering is if there's an application out there that allows us to do it all in one rather then getting images into Photoshop re sizing them and scaling it to where needed and then inputting it into word and doing our report. Sometimes we can have up to 300 images in 1 report so you can sense the frustration that we go through. Obviously if there's a program that has the 2 in 1 would like to know would others need that program to open it or would it save it to like a .doc or .docx or something that's opened easily. Anyways I thank you for your time and hopefully there is such a program out there.

This resizer is basic but allows a batch resize of images in a folder:

I don't know of anything that will resize and then add to Word.

Newer versions of Word have basic resize/scale funtionality.
