Missing random characters

My Samsung laptop is doing strange things. I am not sure how to describe it When typing it keeps missing characters.(can be letters numbers or punctuation or spacebar) I have to double check everything it also keeps showing thelittle blue circle aif something is loading when nothing is. It only started bout 10 days ago. I have BullGuard anti virus have done a full scan all clear and have restrated numerous times nothing helps. Any suggestions anyone . It also jumps out if I am scrolling down a page right now I cant scroll to thebottom of my bookmarks as it closes out. Thanks

Once done with the virus/malware scan do observe your laptop again and see if the problem has been resolved.

Did everything except has made absolutely no difference. Hey ho!!! Any other suggestions anyone???
